AliExpress.com has many different promotional campaigns. Coupons may be given out for these promotion events, but coupon eligibility is always based on the rules of each specific promotion.

General Rules for Coupon Use

Coupon rules vary from promotion to promotion, but you can use the following rules as a general guideline:

1. Coupons must usually be activated within the specified promotional period to be valid for use.
2. Active coupons are usually valid for a maximum of 2 months. However, specific promotion programs may specify shorter validity periods.
3. Coupons can be used on all regular items on the AliExpress marketplace unless otherwise specified. If a coupon has a minimum purchase requirement, the amount of the order must exceed the minimum purchase requirement in order for you to use that coupon.
4. Specific coupon use rules vary by promotion. Please read the rules for the relevant promotion for details.
5. Coupons cannot be combined unless otherwise specified; only 1 coupon can be used per order.
6. Coupons can be used on combined orders.
7. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Coupons cannot be transferred to other members or third parties.
9. If you tried to use a coupon on an order where the payment was not successful, you must wait at least 30 minutes before attempting to use the coupon again.
10. The AliExpress combined coupon can only during an active promotion.
11. In the case of any violation of the promotion rules of Alibaba.com/AliExpress markeplace, laws or regulations, Alibaba.com shall have the right to disqualify all your AliExpress coupons.
12. In the case of any interference with other users’ participation in any coupon promotion or any act against the purpose of such promotion, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, cheating, winning awards by software, or malicious cash out, Alibaba.com shall have the right to disqualify users for the promotion and any AliExpress Coupons or interests deriving therefrom.

Q: How do I get coupons?
A: You can get AliExpress coupons by participating in various promotion programs sponsored by Alibaba.com. Alibaba.com may sponsor various promotion programs and distribute AliExpress coupons through various means including distributing AliExpress coupons through AliExpress.com or Alibaba.com websites, our social network sites such as the ones on Facebook or Twitter, our business partners, etc.
You can also get coupons from sellers who are also distributing seller coupons on AliExpress.

AliExpress Coupons are only given out to single individuals registered to a single AliExpress.com account.AliExpress reserves the right to reclaim moneys and/or coupons lost from anyone using fraudulent methods (such as multiple account identities) to try and get multiple AliExpress coupons.

Q: What type of items can I use my coupons on?
A: Coupons can be used on any regularly priced item on AliExpress. Generally speaking, coupons will have a minimum purchase requirement. You may only use a coupon if the order amount exceeds the minimum purchase requirement.

Q: What other purposes can I use my coupons?
A: You can only use your coupons on AliExpress orders.

Q: My coupon is about to expire. Can I extend the validity period?
A: The validity period of coupons cannot be extended, you should use the coupon before the expiration time.

Q: Can I exchange coupons for cash?
A: No. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q: Can I give my coupon to someone else?
A: No. Coupons are non-transferable.

What's the difference between AliExpress Coupon and Seller Coupon?

AliExpress Coupon is issued by AliExpress.com and can be used on any regularly priced item on AliExpress. And seller coupon issued by the seller and can only be used on items in the seller`s store.

Besides, if the coupon order has a refund, there are also differences:
If it was the AliExpress coupon order, when you are entitled a partial refund, the coupon/coupon code will not be returned to you. When you are entitled a full refund, the coupon will be returned to you (but the coupon code is unable to be returned to you)
If you use Seller Coupon for the order and requested a partial or full refund, coupon/coupon code will not be returned to you.

What do the different coupon statuses mean?

To view all your coupons that you have activated or redeemed, sign into My AliExpress, click “Transactions” and then click “My Coupons” in the left column.

There are 4 status of coupons on AliExpress:
Valid Coupons are available for use on AliExpress orders on regualar items. You can select the Valid Coupon you want to use for a particular order on the Place Order page. If a coupon has a minimum purchase requirement, the amount of the order must exceed the minimum purchase requirement.
Inactive Coupons mean that the coupon has been applied on your order, but the transactions are not closed yet.
Expired Coupons are no longer available for use.
Used Coupons are the coupons you have already used on previous order(s) and are no longer available for use.
Pending Coupon status will be offline soon and you can ignore it.

3.How do I cancel an order? 
You can cancel an order you have already paid for before the seller ships it. You will first need to contact the seller and reach an agreement to cancel the order.
Follow the below steps to cancel your order:
1.Sign in to My Orders
2.Click the Cancel Order button of the order you want to cancel
3.Click 'Request Order Cancellation'

4.How do I track my order?
After the seller ships your order, they will provide a tracking number which you can find in the My Orders section of My AliExpress. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping company's website.
Log in to My AliExpress to see your order’s tracking details.

5.Why was my payment unsuccessful?
If your payment for an order was unsuccessful, it may have been for the following reasons:
The card number was invalid, insufficient funds, limit exceeded, the 3 digit security code was invalid, verification unsuccessful.

6.I am not satisfied with the product I received. What can I do?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can open a dispute before the order is closed. Follow the below steps to open a dispute:
1. Sign in to My AliExpress and click on the My Orders section
2. Locate the order you want to open a dispute for
3. Click the Open Dispute button
4. Submit your refund request

Follow the below steps to check your order status:
1. Sign in to your account and go to My Orders
2. Check your order status tabs

8. How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your AliExpress membership, follow the below steps:
Sign into My AliExpress and click Edit Profile
Click Edit Member Profile
Click Deactivate Account at the top of the page
Choose the reason why you want to cancel your membership and then click the Confirm button.

9.Is it safe to pay sellers offline? 
For your security, all AliExpress sellers are requested to accept our safe Escrow transaction service. However, there are still a very small number of sellers that prefer to use other payment methods. We do NOT recommend buyers to use payment methods other than Escrow.
If the seller continues to ask you to pay using methods other than Escrow, please report the seller to us.
Please note: If you pay sellers offline, your payments will NOT be protected.

10.How can I combine multiple products into one shipment?
If you order different items from the same seller, the Cart will automatically give you an option to combine these items into one order to save shipping costs.
To do this please follow the below steps:
1. Choose multiple products from the same seller and add them to your Cart.
2. Choose the same shipping method and these products will automatically be combined into one order.
3. Click the ‘Buy all from this seller' button.
